Tacos by the piece, in English or Spanish.

Wolf Eats is an AI agent that answers your taqueria's phone and takes the order against your menu, in English or Spanish, whichever the caller speaks. Tacos by the count and the protein, plates, burritos, the salsa on the side, read back and confirmed in a text.

Made for: Taquerias with a counter and a phone · Family Mexican restaurants with to-go · Birria, mariscos and pollo asado spots · Catering kitchens that take trays by phone

On the line

Caller: Hola, quiero ordenar para recoger.

Agent: Claro.

Caller: Una horchata grande.

Agent: Una horchata grande. ¿A nombre de quién?

Caller: Marco.

Agent: Marco, seis de asada, dos al pastor, un burrito de pollo y una horchata grande. Son $34.20 con impuesto, listo en 20 minutos. Le mando el pedido por texto; responda SÍ y la cocina empieza.

An example. The restaurant, the caller and the prices are invented; the shape is what every call sounds like.

Sound familiar
  • Six asada, two pastor, three pollo: the count comes back wrong because the call was fast and loud.
  • A caller who speaks Spanish gets whoever is free, and the order gets taken in the wrong language.
  • The phone is the same person as the register, so the line goes to voicemail at the rush.
  • Chips and guac, horchata, extra salsa: the extras are the margin and they get forgotten.
What the agent does with it

Every taco is a line with a count

The agent takes each taco as a line: the count, the protein, the tortilla if you offer the choice. The read-back goes by line, and the ticket shows the kitchen the same lines. The total is checked by the server, never guessed.

Spanish and English, on one number

The agent answers in the caller's language and switches when they switch. The confirmation text comes in Spanish with SÍ in it, or in English with YES. The kitchen ticket comes in the kitchen's own language.

The extras, offered once

If the order has no drink or no side, the agent offers one in your words: chips and guac, a horchata, a side of rice and beans. Once, then it moves on.

Plates, burritos and the protein

Plates and burritos carry the protein as a required choice, so an "asada plate" and a "chicken burrito bowl" are priced right before the text goes out, with the salsa and the sides you list.

The text

Pedido de Taquería El Sol para Marco: 6 tacos de asada; 2 tacos al pastor; 1 burrito de pollo; 1 horchata grande. Total $34.20. Listo en 20 min. Responda SÍ para confirmar, o dígame qué cambiar.

Nothing reaches the kitchen until the caller replies YES. A change comes back priced, for another YES.

The ticket
#63 · MARCO · PICKUP 1:20
6 TACOS ASADA
2 TACOS AL PASTOR
1 BURRITO POLLO
1 HORCHATA GRANDE
Confirmed by text 1:01

The same order as a tile on the kitchen screen, with a timer, Start, Bump and Print.

In the caller's language, and the kitchen's

A taqueria's phone rings in two languages. The agent answers in the one the caller uses, remembers the number so the next call starts in it, and the text comes in the same language. The kitchen ticket comes in the kitchen's language, in Spanish or in any of sixteen.

AI phone ordering for Mexican restaurants, in plain words

AI phone ordering for Mexican restaurants means an AI agent on your own number that takes the order against your menu, reads it back with the total, texts the caller to confirm, and sends only a confirmed order to the kitchen. Wolf Eats answers three calls at once, in about two seconds, on a number in your area code or the number you already have, from $99 a month.

Questions from mexican restaurants and taquerias

Straight answers.

Does it really take the order in Spanish?

Yes. The agent answers in English, Spanish or French, whichever the caller speaks, and switches mid-call if they do. The confirmation text comes in Spanish with SÍ to confirm. It is included on every plan.

How does it handle tacos by the count?

Each taco is a line with a count and a protein. The agent reads the lines back, the text lists them, and the ticket shows the kitchen the same lines. The total is priced on the server, never by the model.

We do catering trays by phone. Can it take those?

It takes the date, the headcount, the trays and the dietary notes from your catering menu, quotes only the prices you listed, and books your catering manager to call back. No deposits on the phone.
